Duncan Millard

As an experienced educational leader, who has worked in a variety of schools over the last 30 years, I understand the pressures and challenges of working in education. My most recent post was as the CEO of a multi-academy Trust which incorporated Primary, Secondary and Church schools from urban and rural settings. I also worked as an Ofsted inspector for 10 years.

 

I am now self-employed as a Leadership Coach and a Wellbeing Facilitator. I feel privileged to still work with school leaders and their teams across many schools throughout the country.

I offer a range of services, supporting school staff to feel empowered and confident to make a difference to children and young people.
