Mediation

As a Civil and Commercial Mediator, I can offer a valuable service to your school in fostering a more positive and productive environment. Conflicts inevitably arise within any school community, if left unaddressed can disrupt learning, damage relationships, and consume valuable resources.

My approach to mediation is to provide a neutral and confidential space where parties involved can discuss their concerns. My role is to facilitate constructive dialogues and collaboratively explore potential solutions that work for everyone.

Mentoring

I also provide mentoring to those who would benefit from a space where they can reflect on their role and impact. This has been particularly useful for those new to leadership.

During these sessions, clients can explore themes and issues which they are finding challenging. As well as ask any question and reflect on advice offered. Through my knowledge of School and Trust leadership, I can support colleagues at all levels.

Supervision

As a qualified Clinical Supervisor, I provide a safe, confidential space which facilitates reflective practice support.

During these sessions we can explore issues together, which helps staff to share and reflect on experiences. Sessions also allow staff to develop their skills and expertise.
